Why does not Cam Unit/Force Cylinder perform a full stroke?

Charge up the gas pressure (max 180 bar). Read how in the catalog. |

Adjust the stroke length. |
1:3 Oil leakage in Power Cylinder A: The port plug has come loose B: Damage on the seal and/or inside of the Power Cylinder |
A: Replace the plug and fill the system. Read how in the catalog. B: Contact your distributor for service or replacement cylinder. |
1:4 Oil leakage in Cam Unit A: The bleeding valve has come loose B: Damage on the seal and/or inside of the Cam Unit |
A: Replace the bleed valve and fill the system. Read how in the catalog. B: Contact your distributor for service or replacement of the Cam Unit. |
1:5 Hose or adapter has come loose or been damaged. |
Replace the defective parts and fill the system. Read how in the catalog. |
Why does not Cam Unit/ Force Cylinder retract?

Check if the gas adapter or the plug has become loose. Charge with gas, see catalog, max. 40 bar. If the gas quickly leaks out again, contact your distributor for service or replacement of the Force Cylinder. |

Adjust the stroke length. |

Replace the gas springs, see catalog. If hose system is used, check and see catalog. |
