PUNCHING UPWARD AT NEGATIVE ANGLES.
Problem: Punching at negative angles.

THE PROCEDURE:
The downward movement of the press is used to raise the pivoting unit up to
meet the part. This positions the die button behind the part. The punch
is then activated and the hole is made. Just one example of how
